As an esteemed criminal defense lawyer, I am deeply committed to helping individuals facing a diverse range of serious criminal charges. Drawing from my extensive experience and expertise, I strive to achieve favorable resolutions for my clients both inside and outside the courtroom. A native of Hong Kong, I spent my formative years in England and Germany before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oregon State University and a Juris Doctor from the District of Columbia School of Law. I am admitted to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. My initial foray into the legal field began in 1996 as an immigration attorney, where I handled various cases such as H-1B visas, Labor Certification, Political Asylum, and Adjustment of Status. In 1998, I became a partner at the Law Firm of Rollins and Chan alongside Mark M. Rollins, Esq. Fluent in Chinese, I am proud to serve a diverse clientele and provide effective legal counsel.
